Azule Energy subsidiaries change names following approval from shareholders.

PRESS RELEASENAME CHANGE OF OUR SUBSIDIARIESAt the February Extraordinary Shareholder's Meeting of Azule Energy Holdings Limited it was unanimously approved that the names of our subsidiaries would change:a) Angola JVCO Limited changed its name to "Azule Energy Limited"b) BP Angola (Block 18) B.V. changed its name to "Azule Energy Angola (Block 18) B.V."c) BP Exploration (Angola) Limited changed its name to "Azule Energy Exploration (Angola) Limited"d) BP Exploration Angola (Kwanza Benguela) Limited changed its name to "Azule Energy Exploration Angola (KB) Limited"e) BP Gas Supply Services (Angola) LLC changed its name to "Azule Energy US Gas LLC"f) Eni Angola Exploration B.V. changed its name to "Azule Energy Angola B.V."g) Eni Angola Production B.V. changed its name to "Azule Energy Angola Production B.V."h) Eni Angola S.p.A changed its name to "Azule Energy Angola S.p.A"Additionally, the name change process concluded for the Angolan branches of: Azule Energy Angola B.V., Azule Energy Angola Production B.V., Azule Energy Exploration (Angola) Limited, Azule Energy Exploration (KB) Limited.Remaining branches (Azule Energy Angola S.p.A and Azule Energy Angola (Block 18) B.V) were expected to conclude in the coming weeks.About Azule EnergyAzule Energy is a standalone integrated energy company created as an incorporated joint venture between BP Exploration Operating Company Limited ("bp") and Eni International B.V.
