Provision of Marine Warranty Surveyor Services (MWS) with the following Scope of Work: (i) Project management and verification of engineering documents; (ii) Provision of Services and Supervision of personnel; (iii) Management of accredited management systems and processes; (iv) Management of technical services for the direction, coordination and interaction of the phases, areas and elements of services related to the process; (v) Approval of environmental criteria limitations (“seastate”, “windspeed”, etc.) for all maritime operations; (vi) Confirmation that vessels proposed for offshore operations have a valid IACS certification and are suitable for the proposed operations (certificates must remain valid for the duration of the maritime operation); and (vii) Mandatory participation in relevant meetings related to high-risk activities
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
EOI_AZE_B31_B31.21_17_2025: Provision of Marine Warranty Surveyor Services (MWS) with the following Scope of Work:
- Recognition as a Maritime Inspection Guarantee Service Provider by major International Insurance companies recognized by Azule Energy (mandatory presentation of References);
- Minimum proven experience of 15 years as a Provider of the Services described above, with emphasis on large-scale and complex projects in deep offshore waters and experience of large-scale and complex offshore projects in Angola.

- Company Presentation Letter with a description of services and equipment’s offered, and presentation of the respective teams together with CVs and HSE policies;
- Tax Identification Number (NIF);
- Scanned copy of the Commercial Certificate duly updated (National Companies), with an issue date not exceeding 3 (three) months;
- Evidence of the company’s shareholder structure, with a list of all shareholders up to the final beneficiary(ies);
- Certificate / Evidence of the supplier registration in the Nacional Concessionaire System (ANPG) – to register, you must access the website https: https://anpg.co.ao/ in the “Local Content” area and “Supplier Registration” section;
- Last three (3) years Financial Statements and Annual Reports including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Statement (preferably audited);
- Name of the contact person responsible for receiving the qualification package and other information and documentation.
