EOI_AZE_B31_B31/21_B18_B15/06_30_2026: Provision of Offshore Drilling Services through one Dynamic Positioning Dual Activity (DPDA) Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU): i) Hybrid Positioning system (DP3): having capability to operate in water depth from 400 meters to 3000 meters; ii) POB from 200 to 220 persons; iii) The Drilling Units shall be fit for “ZERO DISCHARGE” in accordance with the Angolan legislation and Azule Energy standard and with the Solid Control system onboard; iv) 2 x BOP’s Stack System and shall be in compliance with the API Specification 16A and API Standard 53.A – 15,000 psi; v) Drilling Units with Dual Activity Capabilities: Derrick shall be suitable for simultaneous operations; vi) Drilling Units ready for Well Testing (i.e. flare booms, etc); vii) Equipped with functional Rig Automation systems: like NOVOS, MMC or similar; viii) Evidence of wells drilled and/or completed by the rig to be provided of the last 5 years; ix) Complete HSE records of the Rig for the past 5 years; x) NPT for the last 5 years; xi) Provide rig KPIs in terms of drilling, tripping, completion running of the last 5 years; xii) Automatic tank cleaning; xiii) Digital Red zone management; xv) Optional MPD capabilities.

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS: EOI_AZE_B1/14_B15/06_B18_B28_B31_B46_B47_Cabinda Centro_NGC_29_2026 – Competency Management System (CMS) and associated services: The objective of the CMS is to deliver a modern, integrated digital solution that supports the assessment and management of technical and behavioural competencies: i) The CMS shall be delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-hosted solution. The CMS implementation shall include the integration of eLearning solutions, fully interfaced with the Learning Management System (LMS), to deliver targeted courses addressing identified technical and behavioural competency gaps, as determined through CMS assessments; ii) Project Objectives: a) Build an industry‑aligned Competency Framework for all company roles; b) Deploy a CMS platform to manage assessments, gap analysis, and training plans; iii) Customization of Competency Framework: The contractor will customize a structured competency model based on company roles, including Technical Competencies; common area competencies; behavioral competencies, proficiency levels; competency matrices as per Company job roles; iv) Integration & 3rd Party Connectivity: The CMS shall provide standard integration capabilities to interoperate with Azule corporate applications.
