  1. Hybrid Positioning system (DP3 and mooring): having capability to operate in water depth from 150 meters to 3000 meters;
  2. Have 8-point mooring system to allow operations in water depth from 150 meters to 350 meters;
  3. Capability to drill wells with a total well depth of 9000 meters to 12190 meters (maximum);
  4. POB up to 200 persons;
  5. Drilling Unit shall be fit for “ZERO DISCHARGE” in accordance with the Angolan legislation and Azule Energy standard and with the Solid Control system onboard;
  6. Preferable with 2 x BOP’s Stack System and shall be in compliance with the API Specification 16A and API Standard 53.A – 15,000 psi;
  7. Drilling Unit with Dual Activity Capabilities: Derrick shall be suitable for simultaneous operations;
  8. Drilling Unit ready for Well Testing (i.e. flare booms, etc);
  9. Preferable equipped with functional Rig Automation system;
  10. Evidence of wells drilled by the rig to be provided;
  11. Complete HSE records of the Rig for the past 3 years;

Azule Energy requires a managed services provider to deliver comprehensive network operations and support across onshore and offshore sites. The scope covers assessment, design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support for network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and industrial control systems. Key requirements include:

  1. Network Design & Architecture: Unified, scalable, and secure architecture with redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery. Integration of legacy and industrial networks (SCADA/DCS);
  2. Network Monitoring & Management: 24/7 NOC-based monitoring, real-time alerting, incident response, and performance reporting. Centralized dashboards and proactive diagnostics for all network components;
  3. Incident & Problem Management: ITIL-compliant processes for incident logging, escalation, RCA, and problem management, integrated with ServiceNow;
  4. Connectivity & Resilience: End-to-end management of wired/wireless networks, QoS/VLAN, dual/tertiary failover (fiber, microwave, LTE/5G, satellite), and SD-WAN deployment for dynamic path selection and cloud integration;
  5. Security Management: Deployment and management of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM integration, remote access, and mobile device management. Compliance with ISO 27001/NIST;
  6. Configuration & Change Management: Centralized repository, version tracking, change control, and scheduled maintenance.
  7. Telephony & Collaboration: Provision and support for enterprise telephony (VoIP, Teams, SIP), SBCs, call quality monitoring, and collaboration environments (meeting rooms, digital signage, IPTV);
  8. Expansion & Turnkey Projects: Full lifecycle delivery for new sites, including requirements gathering, design, procurement, installation, testing, documentation, and training;
  9. Service Levels: Strict SLAs for availability (99.95%), incident notification (15 min), response/restoration times, and emergency response (activation within 2 hours, war room setup within 4 hours);
