Azule Energy celebrates women’s leadership at Muhatu Energy’s 3rd anniversary
Azule Energy was honored to participate in the 3rd Anniversary celebration of Muhatu Energy, a landmark event that marked 50 years of women’s contributions to Angola’s oil and gas sector. The gathering provided a meaningful moment of reflection, recognition, and dialogue on the strategic role women continue to play in shaping the industry’s past, present, and future.
Hosted by Muhatu Energy, the event brought together institutional decision-makers, industry leaders, and senior professionals, including representatives from ANPG, MIREMPET, the Sonangol Board, and Her Excellency the First Lady of the Republic of Angola. Discussions were closely aligned with Angola’s vision for sustainable and inclusive development, highlighting the importance of leadership, innovation, and national talent in strengthening the energy sector.
The program featured high-level panels on women’s leadership and the current challenges of petroleum exploration, followed by a tribute honoring women whose expertise, dedication, and resilience continue to drive the industry forward.
