Provision of Geophysical and Geotechnical Survey including: i) Provision of adequate research vessels, equipment and personnel ii) o Acquisition, processing, interpretation and transmission of appropriate Geophysical and Geotechnical data

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: i) in deep water (from 300m to 1700m) of Geophysical and Geotechnical survey; ii) operating in “seabed” mode for “in situ” testing and sampling up to 20m depth below the seabed; iii) in “downhole drilling” mode and/or operation in seabed drilling mode for “in situ” testing and sampling through drill pipes; iv) in Acquisition, processing, interpretation and transmission of appropriate Geophysical and Geotechnical data;
• Work: a) Experience previously worked in Angola in Geophysical and Geotechnical Survey; ii) have a Local office in Angola;
• History of Geophysical and Geotechnical Surveys carried out worldwide and in “Offshore”: Company will have to specify the water depth, the depth of the hole below the seabed and type of soil/rock samples related to the geotechnical surveys.

• Company Presentation Letter with a description of services and equipment’s offered, and presentation of the respective teams together with CVs and HSE policies;
• Tax Identification Number (NIF);
• Scanned copy of the Commercial Certificate duly updated (National Companies), with an issue date not exceeding 3 (three) months;
• Evidence of the company’s shareholder structure, with a list of all shareholders up to the final beneficiary(ies);
• Certificate / Evidence of the supplier registration in the Nacional Concessionaire System (ANPG) – to register, you must access the website https: https://anpg.co.ao/ in the “Local Content” area and “Supplier Registration” section;
• Last three (3) years Financial Statements and Annual Reports including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Statement (preferably audited);
• Name of the contact person responsible for receiving the qualification package and other information and documentation.
